We can’t live without the Market. We go twice if not three times a week. Rain, shine, snow or wind we have not missed a single Saturday! Each week we buy milk and eggs and cheese and veggies and fruit! It is so much fun and a part of our weekly life here in France. Berta caught a couple cute pics of the kids while we were there.

Chris and Berta treated the kids each to a turn on the jumpy thing. It was so so fun for all of us! Caleb hardly did anything else besides flips. He was so light that often. He’d get stuck up in the air waiting for someone to come pull him down again by his feet. But when he was stuck he’d start doing backflips. People were watching a giggling in amazement, and because Caleb is so darn cute of course. Yes he is charming in France too! Some things are cross cultural.

We visited Aix-les-Bains and has a blast. Here are a few sites!

I assume that one morning Berta did a photo shoot with the kiddos in their jammies. What a fun surprise as I was looking through the photos! Here are a few.

The Smiths came to visit us! This walking them to our home from the bus station.

The fun part about living in France is that we get to ride our bikes everywhere! There is nothing like riding your bike in France with your kids to the grocery store. It has been much better quality time and bonding for our family than riding in the car was. We love it! It does mean we can only bring back so much but then I guess we just go more often.
We are so proud of Micah and Ali for being able to ride such long distances. They actually learned to ride a bike here in France. Mark has also had the opportunity to learn bike maintenance. He is always doing maintenance and repairs. Last week it was greasing up our “commuter” bike and cleaning the chain. Week before that was replacing the outer tires on our bike trailer. Today it was the gears of Ali’s bike! What a stud.
